Enhancements enable companies to access and manage increased data volume due to trends in remote work, proliferation of collaboration and communication channels, and new privacy regulations
Blacksburg, VA: June 22nd, 2020—Donoma Software today announced enhancements to OneVault, their communications archiving platform that enables organizations to securely manage communication records with role-based access and encrypted security. The enhancements include email archiving for Microsoft and Gmail, the ability to add additional channels, and streamlined security roles.
“Organizations of all sizes are faced with rethinking and updating their archiving strategies because of the transformation in where and how people work. Increased numbers of remote workers are using more channels like email, chat, audio, voicemail, and collaboration solutions,” said Donoma Vice President, Marketing & Business Development, Parker Pearson. “It’s increasingly important to retain, manage and accountably produce data from all of these sources.”
Communications archiving is critical to reducing the expense of compliance audits, legal action and e-Discovery needs. “The scope of discoverable data is expanding, but searching native communications databases is extremely difficult and time consuming,” said Pearson. “OneVault gives people an easy way to manage electronic records, with an intuitive user interface for e-discovery, compliance and forensics.”
Donoma will be talking about archiving challenges in a webinar on June 25th, 2020. If you are interested in learning more, register here.
