This invitation-only early adopter program grants early access to use specific Donoma software applications in return for cooperative engagement with our team for the purpose of improving our software and/or testing specific use cases. Each engagement is unique. Your program invitation email will outline the specifics of the solution, use case, offer and any associated technical requirements. We want each participant to have a positive experience, so we’ve established these program guidelines:
Early Adopter Program Guidelines
- You agree to run the product in production within a month of accepting the program offer.
- The necessary staff will be available on a timely basis for meetings and scheduled configuration, training, and support sessions.
- Timely response and collaboration with the Donoma team during your participation in the program.
- Be willing to review the solution and be a reference if asked.
What we commit to you:
- Free use of the solution as defined in the invitation, including configuration and training.
- Unlimited application support during the usage period, per the terms of our License Agreement & SLA.
- Timely solution provisioning and configuration.
- Feature/needs discussion sessions with our team.
- Special pricing for participants in the Early Adopter Program
