Regional Sales Executive
Donoma Software, a provider of cloud-based SaaS solutions for communications data management and business continuity is expanding. We are currently looking for seasoned sales executives to develop and engage strategic opportunities within large accounts across regional territories.
In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new opportunities for our services and leading engagement throughout the opportunity cycle; via the telephone, internet, and in-person customer meetings. This role works independently at times, but also collaborates with a team of pre-sales resources including technical, marketing, inside sales and inside Business Development personnel to help secure new business.

WHO YOU ARE – JOB REQUIREMENTS
The right person for this role has a good understanding of cloud technology, data protection and information governance challenges. Due to the seniority of the role, duties are varied and complex, requiring independent judgment and excellent communication skills. The candidate we want to add to our team has:
- 5+ years of SaaS/Technology sales
- The ability to translate technology into value propositions for prospects
- The ability to get in the door, identify and meet stakeholders and manage complex sales cycles
- A proven track record of being a top producer, comfortable working with C level roles
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- A tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and deal closing skills
- The desire to help build a software business and participate in its success
- BS or BA degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Reasonable proximity to a major airport and the ability to travel to customer locations as needed
WHAT YOU WILL DO – RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory
- Identify and maneuver across key customer stakeholders to evangelize Donoma solutions to decision makers, budget authorities and be able to navigate client buying procedures successfully
- Run discovery calls, solution discussions and where appropriate, organize appropriate colleagues for more in-depth technical discussions
- Utilize inbound and outbound techniques to identify, qualify and close new opportunities
- Collaborate with inside Business Development to effectively target via Account Based tactics
- Leverage our CRM system (Zoho) to effectively identify, track and collaborate on opportunities
- Quickly develop, execute, and routinely update a 30, 60, 90-day territory plan
- Build and present a quarterly business review to management
- Develop & share strategic/target account plans

COMPENSATION
$125,000 to $150,000 OTE (first year)
