We are a geo-diverse but highly collaborative leadership team who are strategically located across the US. We came together to build software that helps organizations turn communications complexity into informed action. Our entrepreneurial spirit and strategic focus drives agile innovation and the relentless pursuit of our vision.

This team has been working together for more than ten years. They’ve worked to build sustainable products and businesses and understand the challenges of innovation and the reality of careful fiscal responsibility.

Mike Barry

President & CEO

After a very successful rise at AT&T, Mike chose to become a tech entrepreneur. He has successfully founded, led and funded several IT organizations including Donoma Software. Mike provides overall leadership not only for the team, but also oversees strategic development. Mike leads the team from his base in Silicon Valley, CA.

Parker Pearson

Chief Strategy Officer

Parker has been a part of the Donoma team from its inception. She brings hands on expertise in Sales, Marketing and Strategy. She comfortably connects these key areas that often become disjointed. She has developed several IT organizations over her career.

Jeremy is an experienced executive leader with a demonstrated history of helping organizations address the complex challenges in the Information Technology, Cyber, InfoSec and as a Service industries.

Beena Jacob

Chief Technology Officer

Beena leads Donoma’s research and development group. Beena started her career with Lucent, and then spent some career time at Avaya where she worked on innovative solutions for enterprise organizations. She is passionate about driving disruptive innovations and designing solutions that leverages emerging technologies. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Computer Science.
